Three
screws pump is a rotative and progressive cubage pump. It is
a high precision mechnical product with simple and reasonable
structure, it allows high rotate speed, small pressure pulsation,
low noise, reliable and balanced work, fine self-suction, high
cubage efficiency. It has wide prospect both at home and abroad.
With the aid of screw turning, make the liquid that sealed in
the screw in intake axially flow to exit continuously. So it
has more advantages compared with the gear pump, plug pump and
centrifugal pump. It is special for transporting oil kinds and
high viscosity liquid.
It has been widely used in transporting oil and variety of oil
products,as base oil, heavy oil, light oil, lubricate, fuel
oil, asphaltum, soild lubricant, plant oil; and latex ,sirup,
medicine liquid, macromolecule. So it has been used widely in
the departments of refinery, oil chemical plant, oil tanker
dock, asphaltum storeroom, power hydraulic pressure equipment,
ship and light industry, food industry etc. |
Structure
feature of three screws pump :
3G series three hardened screws installed in a changed bush
to run. Main pole adopt hydraulic pressure to balance. Axial
force of subordinate pole support on the cover and drived by
the hydraulic pressure. So the screw only pass hydraulic pressure
twist rectangle, not bear force, no wear, to all pass parts
, which all lubricated by the medium transported . When the
main screw of screw surface composed by the special line running
, the liquid will be sucked from the intake and being transported
to exit axially by in the automatic airproof room .

series three screws pumps have many structures. Including
small rate of flow pump, bush and pump body together. Medium
rate of flow pump with a single bush fixed in the pump,structures
are horizontal and vertical two kinds ,equipped with random
safety valve,large rate of flow pump,structures are horizontal
and vertical two kinds , equipped with random safety valve,
there are two selection of heat preservation .Large rate of
flow pump, bush is a single part fixed in the pump, the structures
are horizontal, double suction, equipped with random safety
valve, all adopt mechanical seal, which guarantee the seal
performance under high temperature condition.
